Friends Fight Fentanyl
YOUR FRIENDS ARE WORTH FIGHTING FOR
Fentanyl use is dangerous, deadly and prevalent in Oregon. It is reaching our middle and high schools in both urban and rural areas. Friends Fight Fentanyl is a campaign created for Yamhill County Health and Human Services to educate and empower youth with the tools they need to save a friend’s life. We leveraged a boxing ring as a visual metaphor for fighting back against fentanyl and fighting for your friends. We structured the campaign around the strong bond of youth friendships, used anxiety-reducing language and provided practical information to create materials that are approachable. By avoiding the scare tactics used by other campaigns, we can empower youth to take action.
