Coates Kokes is looking for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional for accounts payable, client billing and clerical work.

Desired experience – The candidate will have or be:
- Strong aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets
- Experience using accounting software, Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Accurate and precise data entry
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and remain organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a drive to investigate and correct discrepancies
- Strong verbal, listening, written communication and collaboration skills
Preferred experience – The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate degree or higher with coursework in accounting and 1+ years accounting-related experience or
- 2+ years accounting-related experience
Responsibilities include – The day-to-day of the job:
- Process, reconcile, input and pay vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy of vendor invoices and client billing
- General admin tasks including ordering supplies and lunches, running occasional errands and tidying kitchen as necessary
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this job is $55,000-65,000. Currently Coates Kokes is a hybrid work environment with Tuesdays and Thursday in the office for all staff and other occasions as needed for client projects.
