    AllCare Health

AllCare Health is a physician-owned health organization in Southern Oregon that combines medical, oral and behavioral health services, along with Medicare, Oregon Health Plan and health information technology services in one organization. The bulk of their patients are on the Oregon Health Plan and are a member of the AllCare Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). CCOs are designed differently from traditional health insurers who focus on a fee-for-service model. Instead, CCOs work with community partners with a focus on prevention. As a result, AllCare is an integral part of community discussions around not just health, but affordable housing, environmental health, economic development and the other issues. That approach has speed through to the other services the company provides and we’ve built a communications campaign that emphasizes that key difference.

    H1N1 Flu Epidemic Prevention

This is changing behavior when it really matters. In 2005, the nation and our state were poised for the worst flu pandemic in decades. Vaccines were scarce and people were scared. It was essential to teach Oregonians the behaviors to keep them and their family safe without stirring up a panic. The first phase of our campaign did exactly that with a slightly humorous television spot designed to draw attention without creating alarm. Once the vaccines were available, the second phase of the campaign drove people to take action and get the vaccine.

    Adventist Health

Adventist Health came to us in 2007 as an under-recognized player in a crowded Portland-area health care market. Since then we’ve worked with our client to articulate and build their brand through a mission-driven series of key service line promotions. We’ve worked collaboratively to elevate their presence and focus in the market, while inspiring pride amongst their internal teams of providers. All our efforts are grounded in the tag line “Care you can have faith in,” a simple six-word summation of their deep commitment to faith-based service.

    Willamette View

Willamette View is a continuing care retirement community. We’ve been their agency since 2011, and in that time we’ve revamped their brand and unfolded a new campaign featuring television, print, radio, SEM and earned media. In addition, we launched a new website featuring the deep content necessary to engage prospects as well as family members who are often doing initial research. In just the first ten months since unveiling the effort, our numbers looked like this: website visits up 56%, facility tours up 66% and new move-ins up 154%.

    Pacific Oncology

Treating cancer involves more than just chemotherapy or radiation. Often it starts with treating the knot in a patient’s stomach. Ultimately it involves combining the latest cancer technology with extraordinary emotional care. We called it “the science of hope.” We introduced our client’s brand and new facility with a contemporary logo, brand campaign and website. The effort distinguished them from their competitors and ultimately made them an attractive acquisition for one of the region’s leading health care organizations.
